How to start a return
- Email lumyrastore1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Drop the parcel at any carrier point within 7 days of receiving the label.
Condition we need it in
For hygiene reasons we can only accept Lumyra returns when the silk surface and gel insert are unused or used briefly. The original packaging should be intact. We trust you — please return us the favour.
Refund timeline
- We inspect every return within 2 business days of arrival at our facility.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. PayPal refunds appear within 24 hours.
- Original shipping fees are not refunded except in the case of a defective product or a fulfilment error on our part.
Defective on arrival
If your Lumyra arrives with a manufacturing defect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery to lumyrastore1@gmail.com. We’ll ship a replacement free of charge and you keep or discard the defective unit — your choice.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, place a new order at any time and return the unwanted one — the two transactions are independent.
Gifts
If Lumyra was received as a gift you can still return it under the 30-night policy. The refund is issued in the form of store credit to the gift recipient’s email so the original purchaser is not notified.
Final-sale items
Items marked “final sale” (e.g. clearance, holiday drops) and gift cards are not eligible for return.
